I’m a senior from Grand Rapids, MI, and I work in the Lehnert lab investigating bioinorganic model complexes that perform nitric oxide reduction. I also previously worked in the Penner-Hahn lab studying the photochemistry of vitamin B12 derivatives, and I spent this past summer in the Jin group at UW-Madison researching electrochemical ammonia recovery. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, painting, and making pipe cleaner flowers. A fun fact about me is that I love the color orange!

I’m a senior from Birmingham, MI, and I work in the Cernak lab developing antifungal drugs via high-throughput organic synthesis. I am also an SLC course leader and study group facilitator for CHEM 210. I love baking, crocheting, and listening to music. A fun fact about me is that my favorite animal is a bee!

I am a junior from Arlington, VA, majoring in Biomolecular Science and minoring in Business. I work in the Walter lab, where I research riboswitches in mRNA. On campus, aside from ACS, I am a part of M-HEAL and volunteer with Michigan Medicine. A fun fact about me is that I work in a toy store part-time!

I'm a junior from Ann Arbor, MI gaining research experience in the Sanford lab, contributing to a C-H activation project. In my free time, I love hiking, baking, and playing tennis. A fun fact about me is that my favorite animals are elephants!

I’m a sophomore from Shanghai, and I worked in the Glotzer lab studying order parameters during this past summer. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and handcrafting. I’m also a member of the Michigan Pops Orchestra. A fun fact about me is that I prefer summer over winter!

I’m a sophomore from Kalamazoo, MI. I have previously worked in the Banerjee lab studying the effects of patient mutations on the trafficking pathway of vitamin B12, and am transitioning to work in a new lab this fall. On campus I am a peer mentor for the Women and Science and Engineering Residential Program (WISE RP) and also perform and compete with Michigan’s Irish Dance team. In my free time, I love reading, sewing, and playing tennis. A fun fact about me is that I work for a flower farm during the summer.
